Lake District Holdings sells stake in AAVAS Financiers

Lake District Holdings Limited, a significant shareholder of AAVAS Financiers, has sold 1,23,46,641 equity shares, representing 15.60% of the total issued and paid-up equity share capital of AAVAS Financiers. The sale, executed through an off-market transfer on June 30, 2025, was made pursuant to a share sale agreement dated August 10, 2024, involving Lake District Holdings, AAVAS Financiers, and Aquilo House Pte. Ltd. Following the transaction, Lake District Holdings no longer holds any equity shares in AAVAS Financiers and is reclassified as a 'public' shareholder. Concurrently, Partners Group ESCL Limited and Partners Group Private Equity (Master Fund), LLC, also reduced their stakes in AAVAS Financiers, selling 7.55% and 3.31% respectively. These transactions collectively represent a notable shift in the shareholder composition of AAVAS Financiers, with implications for the company's ownership structure and future strategic direction. The company's equity share capital remains at INR 79,15,69,050, consisting of 7,91,56,905 equity shares of face value INR 10 each.
