Indian Oil Corporation announces directorate change

Indian Oil Corporation (IOC:BSE) announced a change in its directorate, effective July 1, 2025. Shri Nachimuthu Senthil Kumar (DIN-10230965), Director (Pipelines), has superannuated from his services with the company as of June 30th, 2025. In a related development, the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, via a letter dated June 30th, 2025, has entrusted the additional charge of Director (Pipelines) to Shri Arvind Kumar (DIN – 09224177), who also serves as Director (Refineries). This arrangement is set for a three-month period, commencing July 1, 2025, or until a regular incumbent is appointed to the position, or until further notice, whichever comes first. The announcement was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015.
