CRISIL board to consider interim dividend, Q2 results

CRISIL has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on July 21 and 22, 2025, to review and approve the unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The board will also consider the payment of a second interim dividend for the financial year ending December 31, 2025. A proposal for the dividend, if approved, will be presented to the board on July 22, 2025. Furthermore, CRISIL has declared a "No Trading Window" for employees, effective from June 15, 2025, until July 24, 2025, as per the Insider Trading Code.
