CreditAccess Grameen completes Rs 327.60 crore direct assignment

CreditAccess Grameen (BSE:CREDITACC) announced the completion of a direct assignment transaction worth INR 327.60 Cr. for its portfolio loans, according to a regulatory filing dated July 1, 2025. The transaction adheres to SEBI's listing obligations and disclosure requirements under Regulation 30. The company also specified that the direct assignment pools qualify for Priority Sector treatment as per Reserve Bank of India guidelines. Additionally, during the quarter ending June 2025, CreditAccess Grameen raised total funds of INR 2,570.06 Cr. through term loans (INR 1,673.80 Cr.), ECBs (INR 442.20 Cr.), and cash credits (INR 126.46 Cr.) along with the direct assignment noted above.
