Beryl Drugs announces trading window closure

Beryl Drugs (BSE: BERLDRG) announced the closure of its trading window for Board Members, Promoters, and Designated/Specified connected persons, effective July 1st, 2025. This closure is in accordance with the BSE circular LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2nd, 2019, and aligns with the company's code of conduct regulating insider trading as per SEBI regulations. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30th, 2025.
