Waterbase announces trading window closure starting July 1

Waterbase (BSE:WATERBASE) has announced the closure of its trading window effective July 1, 2025. The closure, as per the company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, is linked to the upcoming publication of the company's unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2025. According to the announcement, the trading window will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are officially declared to the Stock Exchange.
