Uno Minda completes acquisition of UnoMinda EV Systems stake

Uno Minda Limited (BSE: UNOMINDA) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of 1,69,66,000 equity shares, representing the remaining 49.90% stake, of UnoMinda EV Systems Private Limited from FRIWO Geratebau GmbH ("FRIWO GmbH"). The total consideration for the acquisition amounted to INR 141,27,58,820. With this acquisition, UnoMinda EV Systems Private Limited now becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary of Uno Minda Limited.
