Thermax appoints Sangeet Hunjan as company secretary

Thermax Limited (BSE: THERMAX) announced the appointment of Ms. Sangeet Hunjan as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer, and Key Managerial Personnel following a meeting of its Board of Directors on June 27, 2025. The decision, made upon the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, was communicated to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited under Regulation 30 and Regulation 6(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
