The grant falls under the 'Employee Stock Option Plan-2024- Scheme- II' ("ESOP-2024 - Scheme - II") - Tranche - 37, at an exercise price of INR452.48 per option. The company clarified that the vesting schedule for these options is outlined in the ESOP-2024- Scheme- II documentation. This grant aligns with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) (Share Based Employee Benefits & Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021. The stock options were granted on June 30, 2025.
