Jindal Power increases stake in Jindal Steel & Power

Jindal Power Limited, part of the promoter group of Jindal Steel & Power Limited (JINDALSTEL), has acquired an additional 80,531 equity shares of JINDALSTEL on June 20, 2025, according to a disclosure under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI's Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers Regulations, 2011. This acquisition increases Jindal Power's shareholding to 118,601,152 shares, representing 1.16% of the total share/voting capital of JINDALSTEL. The shares were acquired through open market purchases.
