HUDCO achieves strong loan sanctions and disbursements for quarter

Housing & Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) today announced its business performance for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, showcasing significant achievements in loan sanctions and disbursements. Against a total loan sanction target of INR 1,27,952 Crore for the financial year 2024-25, HUDCO has achieved loan sanctions of INR 33,904 Crore for the first quarter. Furthermore, the company reported loan disbursements of INR 12,812 Crore for the same period, representing a 54% growth over the INR 8,278 Crore disbursed during the quarter ended March 31, 2025. The announcement was made pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
