Hindustan Unilever holds 92nd AGM, focuses on India growth

Hindustan Unilever (HUL) convened its 92nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 30, 2025, conducted via video conference. Chairman Nitin Paranjpe outlined the company's vision for "Building a winning business in an aspiring India". The meeting, attended by 182 shareholders, covered key resolutions including the adoption of audited financial statements, declaration of dividends, and appointments of directors and auditors. The Chairman's speech, emphasized India's robust economic growth and HUL's commitment to innovation, sustainability, and leveraging digital infrastructure to meet evolving consumer needs, including technology for agile supply chains. HUL is focusing on innovations and had 27 factories, and produces over 80 billion units of products. The e-voting results and scrutinizer's report will be submitted in due course.
