** Grindwell Norton (BSE: GRINDWELL) announced a recommended dividend of ₹17 per share alongside its FY25 annual results, demonstrating continued profitability. Consolidated revenue from operations grew 4.65% to ₹2811.59 Lakhs, while net profit reached ₹371.27 Lakhs. A notable appointment is Prakash Sabarad as Chief Financial Officer, effective May 10, 2025, following Hari Singudasu's move to Executive Director on April 1, 2025.
