This acquisition raises Ganges Securities' total holding to 2,321,795 shares, representing 0.58% of Chambal Fertilisers' total equity share capital of 400,652,297 shares. The disclosure was made to the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Ltd., where Chambal Fertilisers' shares are listed (BSE: CHAMBLFERT).
