** Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited (BSE: COLPAL) has announced its 84th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for July 22, 2025, to be held via video conferencing. The company will seek shareholder approval on key matters, including the adoption of audited financial statements for the fiscal year 2024-25 and the re-appointment of Mr. Jacob Sebastian Madukkakuzy as Director. The Board has recommended a final dividend of INR 27 per share, bringing the total dividend for FY25 to INR 51 per share.
