YES Bank CEO Prashant Kumar's tenure extended by six months

YES Bank (BSE:YESBANK) announced that the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has approved the extension of Managing Director & CEO Mr. Prashant Kumar's tenure for a further period of six months, effective October 6, 2025. This extension will last until the appointment of a new Managing Director and CEO/successor takes charge, whichever is earlier.
