Yes Bank announces director change; appoints D. Shivakumar

Yes Bank (BSE:YESBANK) announced a change to its board of directors, effective June 27, 2025. Ms. Shweta Jalan (DIN: 00291675), Non-Executive Director and nominee of Verventa Holdings Limited, has resigned from her position due to other professional and work commitments. Simultaneously, the board has approved the appointment of Mr. D. Shivakumar (DIN: 00364444), also a nominee of Verventa Holdings Limited, as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, liable to retire by rotation). Mr. Shivakumar's appointment, recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, is subject to shareholder approval. The bank confirmed that Mr. Shivakumar is not debarred from holding the office of Director by order of SEBI or any other such authority.
