Tiger Logistics board to consider direct listing proposal

Tiger Logistics (India) Limited has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, to consider and potentially approve a proposal for the direct listing of the company's securities on the NSE Main Board. The listing is subject to the fulfillment of requisite criteria and statutory approvals. In compliance with SEBI's insider trading regulations, the company has closed its trading window for designated persons from June 26, 2025, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2025, or the conclusion of the Board Meeting, whichever is later. This announcement was made to comply with Regulation 29 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.
