Suzlon Energy: Promoter group's shareholding changes via internal transfer

Rambhaben Ukabhai, part of the Promoter Group of Suzlon Energy Limited (BSE:SUZLON), has indirectly acquired 7.31% of the company's equity shares. This acquisition results from the dissolution of Ranchhodbhai Ramjibhai HUF, Ranchhodbhai Ramjibhai Family Trust, and The Tanti Trust. The transfers are made under Regulation 10(1)(g) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, exempting the acquirer from making an open offer. Before the transaction, Rambhaben Ukabhai held 3.25% of the company. Post transaction, while her direct holding remains the same at 3.25%, her indirect holding through Tanti Holdings Private Limited is 4.64% and through Samanvaya Holdings Private Limited is 2.67%. The transaction was executed on June 27, 2025, with no price paid since it's an internal transfer.
