Silver Touch: Promoter Thakkar increases stake, share transmission occurs

Silver Touch Technologies [BSE:SILVERTUC] has disclosed that promoter Vipul Haridas Thakkar acquired 24 equity shares of the company on June 17, 2025, through an on-market purchase. This acquisition increases Thakkar's direct holding to 2,579,333 shares, representing 20.34% of the company's equity. Thakkar also holds 92,813 shares in the nature of encumbrance, amounting to 0.73% of the equity. Separately, the company announced the transmission of 1,400 shares from the estate of the late Haridas Karshandas Thakkar, a deceased member of the promoter group, to Mr. Unmesh Haridas Thakkar. This transmission has resulted in Mr. Unmesh Haridas Thakkar being classified as a member of the promoter group. Consequently, Haridas Karshandas Thakkar is now removed from the promoter group list. The company affirms that the shareholding pattern for the quarter ending June 30, 2025, will accurately reflect these changes. Silver Touch has disclosed that its equity share capital remains at INR126,810,000 divided into 12,681,000 equity shares of INR10 each.
