SignatureGlobal (India) completes acquisition of Indeed Fincap

SIGNATUREGLOBAL (INDIA) (BSE:SIGNATURE) has announced the completion of its acquisition of Indeed Fincap Private Limited, effective June 20, 2025. This follows an earlier intimation on May 15, 2025, regarding the intended acquisition of the remaining 15.41% equity stake. The company has successfully acquired 415,600 equity shares of Indeed Fincap at a par value of INR10 each. The acquisition transforms Indeed Fincap into a wholly-owned subsidiary of SIGNATUREGLOBAL (INDIA). In a separate announcement, SIGNATUREGLOBAL (INDIA) has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting on June 25, 2025, to consider a proposal for raising funds through the issuance of Listed Non-Convertible Debentures on a private placement basis, subject to necessary approvals. The trading window for the company's securities has been closed for designated persons and their relatives, and will reopen 48 hours after the Board Meeting information is made public.
