Scanpoint Geomatics reconstitutes board committees following director changes

Scanpoint Geomatics (formerly known as Scanpoint Geomatics Limited) announced the reconstitution of its key board committees, effective June 25, 2025. This follows changes to the Board of Directors due to the resignation of Independent Directors and the appointment of new Independent and Non-Executive Directors. The re-constituted Audit Committee is now chaired by Mr. Murli Chandak, with Mr. Mohan Chandiramani and Mr. Sachin Kumar as members. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee is chaired by Mr. Mohan Chandiramani, with Ms. Sona Bachani and Mr. Bony Kiritkumar Patel as members. Finally, the Stakeholders Relationship Committee will be chaired by Ms. Sona Bachani, and its members are Mr. Murli Chandak and Mr. Kantilal Ladani. The company officially confirmed the changes in a filing submitted to the Bombay Stock Exchange on June 25th, 2025.
