Sobti's departure follows a recent sale of shares by Jomei Investments Limited, the entity he represented, which resulted in Jomei's shareholding falling below the level required to nominate a director on the company's board. The announcement was made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
