Reliance Industries (BSE:RELIANCE) has announced that REC Solar (Japan) Co., Ltd., a step-down wholly-owned subsidiary, has ceased to be a subsidiary of the company following its liquidation effective June 10, 2025. According to the announcement, REC Solar (Japan) had a turnover of INR 0.78 crore in CY2024 and a net worth of INR 14.41 crore as of December 31, 2024. These figures contributed approximately 0.00008% and 0.0018% respectively, to the consolidated turnover and net worth of Reliance Industries for the financial year 2024-25. The company received intimation of this event on June 11, 2025.
