Rajoo Engineers revamps leadership; appoints CFO and director

Rajoo Engineers Limited [BSE: RAJOOENG] announced significant changes to its leadership following a board meeting on June 17, 2025. Mr. Hasmukhlal Ambavibhai Manavadaria was appointed as an Additional Independent Director for a five-year term. Mr. Rajesh Nanalal Doshi was re-designated as Chairman of the Board, while Mr. Pratik R. Kothari transitioned to Non-Executive Non-Independent Director. Mr. Chintan B.
