Quant Mutual Fund raises stake in Capri Global Capital

Quant Mutual Fund increased its holding in Capri Global Capital (BSE:CGCL) on June 12, 2025, acquiring 4,47,26,200 equity shares. This acquisition brings Quant Mutual Fund's total holding to 5,73,57,800 shares, representing 5.96% of Capri Global Capital's equity share capital. The acquisition was made through a Qualified Institutions Placement. Consequently, the equity share capital of Capri Global Capital increased to INR96,16,35,122.00, after an initial capital of INR82,51,16,352.00. Quant Mutual Fund reported this transaction as per Regulation 29(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers Regulations, 2011. The disclosure revises a previous error with the date of allotment, corrected from June 13, 2025, to June 12, 2025.
