Puravankara's subsidiary secures INR 272 crore construction contract

Puravankara Limited (BSE: PURVA) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Starworth Infrastructure & Construction Limited, has received a Letter of Indent for civil and finishing works at the "TRU AQUAPOLIS" residential apartment project in Varthur, Bengaluru. The contract, awarded by M/s. Tru Dwellings Private Limited, is valued at INR 272,02,00,000. The project is a domestic, EPC commercial contract, and the execution timeline will be defined in the formal contract agreement. The company confirmed that the awarding entity is not related to Puravankara's promoter group and the transaction is at arm’s length. This development falls under Regulation 30 and Schedule III of SEBI's Listing Regulations, 2015.
