Popular Vehicles expands BharatBenz dealership into Punjab

Popular Vehicles & Services Limited (BSE: 544144) announced that its 100% step-down subsidiary, Prabal Motors Private Limited, has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) to establish eight 3S facilities (Sales, Service and Spare Parts) for BharatBenz in Punjab. This expansion marks the company's entry into the Punjab market, where it will operate as the exclusive BharatBenz dealer. The integrated facilities will house showrooms, bodyshop, spare parts distribution, and pre-owned car operations. The cumulative investment is expected to be approximately INR 13 crores. The company's expansion strategy seeks to diversify beyond Kerala and to grow its presence in new geographies.
