Piramal Pharma sets AGM and record date for dividend

Piramal Pharma has announced its 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, July 30, 2025. The meeting will be conducted via video conferencing or other audio-visual means, in compliance with regulatory guidelines from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). The company has fixed Wednesday, July 16, 2025, as the record date to determine members' eligibility for the final dividend for the financial year ending March 31, 2025. Payment will be subject to tax deductions and approval at the AGM. The announcement was made on June 13, 2025, by Company Secretary Tanya Sanish.
