Nidhipati Singhania increases stake in J.K. Cement via gift

Dr. Nidhipati Singhania, part of the promoter group of J.K. Cement Limited (BSE:JKCEMENT), acquired 1,000 equity shares of the company on June 16, 2025, via a gift from Smit. Kalpana Singhania. This acquisition increases his total holdings to 47,728 shares, representing 0.0618% of the total and diluted share/voting capital of the company. The transaction was conducted off-market. Prior to the acquisition, Dr. Singhania held 46,728 shares, amounting to 0.0605% of J.K. Cement. The equity share capital/total voting capital of J.K. Cement remains at INR 77,26,82,510 represented by 7,72,68,251 Equity Shares of INR 10 each. The disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
