Nazara Technologies completes 100% acquisition of Curve Digital

Nazara Technologies announced the completion of its acquisition of 100% of the issued share capital of Curve Digital Entertainment Ltd (CDEL) by its wholly owned subsidiary, Nazara Technologies UK Limited ("Nazara UK"), effective June 11, 2025. The total cash consideration for the deal is GBP 21.7 million (~INR 247 Crores), with GBP 19.11 million (~INR 221 Crores) already paid to the seller, Catalis Limited. With this acquisition, CDEL becomes a step-down subsidiary of Nazara Technologies. Kuju Limited, Curve Digital Publishing Limited, Runner Duck Games Limited, Fiddlesticks Games Limited, Curve Games Development One Limited, IronOak Games Inc., and Attack Games Limited, all wholly owned subsidiaries of CDEL, also become step-down subsidiaries of Nazara UK and the Company.
