Mardia Samyoung capillary tubes sees mass resignations

Mardia Samyoung Capillary Tubes Co. Ltd. (BSE:MSCTC) announced a series of resignations from key positions, including Mr. Ravindra Milapchand Mardia (Managing Director), Mr. Gaurav Ravindra Mardia (Whole Time Director), and several other directors: Mr. Bharat Jayraj Chouhan, Ms. Stuti Rajeshbhai Kotecha, Ms. Preeti Rawat and Mr. Lav Kumar. Additionally, Mr. Anand Kondiba Shinde (Chief Financial Officer), and Ms. Poonam Anand Kanade (Company Secretary) have also tendered their resignations. All resignations are effective as of June 26, 2025, and are attributed to an open offer and subsequent management changes within the company. Mardia Samyoung has stated that there are no other material reasons cited in the resignation letters. The company assures it will file all requisite documents with the Registrar of Companies per regulatory requirements.
