Lloyds Metals acquires equity stake in Hexa Energy

Lloyds Metals and Energy Limited (BSE: LLOYDSME) has announced it has subscribed to equity shares of Hexa Energy MH3 and Hexa Energy W2, effective June 27, 2025. The company acquired 22,341 equity shares of Hexa MH3, representing 17.45% of the issued and paid-up equity share capital, for a total consideration of INR 31,500,810. Additionally, Lloyds Metals acquired 519,750 equity shares of Hexa W2, representing 17.11% of the issued and paid-up equity share capital, for a total consideration of INR 41,580,000. The acquisitions are in line with the earlier intimation on May 30, 2025, regarding investment and execution of share subscription agreements.
