KIOCL appoints Gopalkrishnan Ganesan as government nominee director

KIOCL [BSE:KIOCL] has announced the appointment of Shri. Gopalkrishnan Ganesan, Director at the Ministry of Steel, as a Government Nominee Director on its Board, effective June 11, 2025. This follows an intimation from the Ministry of Steel under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The appointment is in accordance with Ministry of Steel Office Memorandum No. S-14011/1/2022-BLA dated June 11, 2025, and replaces Shri. Vinod Kumar Tripathi, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Steel. KIOCL has confirmed that Shri. Gopalkrishnan Ganesan is not debarred from holding the office of Director and will communicate his Director Identification Number (DIN) upon allotment.
