ITC acquires Sresta Natural Bioproducts for INR 400 crores

ITC Limited (BSE: ITC) announced today the acquisition of 100% of Sresta Natural Bioproducts Private Limited (‘SNBPL'), a leading organic food products company. The acquisition, completed on June 13, 2025, involved the purchase of 1,87,48,858 equity shares of SNBPL, each valued at ₹10. The upfront consideration for the deal is ₹400 crores on a cash-free, debt-free basis, subject to standard adjustments. Additional consideration of up to ₹72.50 crores may be payable over the next 24 months.
