Infosys board to review quarter results on July 23

Infosys has announced a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for July 22 and 23, 2025, to review and approve the audited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2025. The board will consider both consolidated and standalone results as per Indian Accounting Standards (INDAS), along with financial statements in compliance with INDAS and IFRS for subsidiaries. Following the approval of results on July 23, the company will host investor/analyst calls to discuss financial performance and business outlook. Infosys has also declared a trading window closure from June 16, 2025, reopening on July 28, 2025, in accordance with SEBI regulations regarding insider trading.
