ICICI Lombard allots 171,062 equity shares under ESOP

ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited (BSE: 540716/ NSE: ICICIGI) has allotted a total of 171,062 equity shares on June 12, 2025. These shares, with a face value of INR 10 each, were allocated under the ICICI Lombard Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2005 (164,113 equity shares) and the ICICI Lombard Employees Stock Unit Scheme – 2023 (6,949 equity shares). The allotment was approved by a Whole-time Director, as authorized by the Board of Directors during their meeting held on July 18, 2023.
