ICICI Bank allots 211,414 equity shares under stock scheme

ICICI Bank [BSE:ICICIBANK] announced today the allotment of 211,414 equity shares with a face value of INR2 each. This allotment was executed under the ICICI Bank Employees Stock Unit Scheme-2022 and was approved by two Executive Directors on June 20, 2025. The decision occurred today at 10.08 a.m., following the authority delegated by the Board of Directors during their meeting on October 21, 2023.
