Container Corporation of India announces bonus equity share issue

Container Corporation of India (CONCOR) has announced the issuance of bonus equity shares to its shareholders, subject to shareholder approval. The company has fixed July 4, 2025, as the record date to determine shareholder eligibility for the bonus issue. Shareholders will receive one new equity share for every four existing shares held (ratio of 1:4). The new equity shares have a face value of INR 5 each. The deemed date of allotment for the bonus shares is set for July 7, 2025, and the shares will be available for trading on July 8, 2025. This decision was made in accordance with SEBI circular dated September 16, 2024.
