BHEL announces dividend, record date, and AGM details

Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has announced key dates regarding its final dividend for the fiscal year 2024-25 and its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The company has fixed Friday, July 11, 2025, as the record date to determine eligibility for the final dividend of INR 0.50 per share, which is 25% of the paid-up equity share capital. Subject to member approval during the 61st AGM, the dividend will be paid within 30 days of declaration, on or before August 23, 2025. The 61st AGM will be held on Friday, July 25, 2025, at 10:00 AM IST via video conferencing or other audio-visual means. BHEL will provide remote e-voting for members, commencing on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at 9:00 AM IST and concluding on Thursday, July 24, 2025, at 5:00 PM IST. Eligibility to vote remotely is limited to members whose names appear in the Register of Members or the list of Beneficial Owners as of the cut-off date, Friday, July 18, 2025.
