Bank of Maharashtra to elect shareholder director

Bank of Maharashtra (BSE: 532525, NSE: MAHABANK) has announced the election of one shareholder director at its 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM). The bank received nominations from candidates that were found to be valid and fit for the position. The candidates for the position are Shri. Mrutyunjay Mahapatra, Shri. Atul Jain, Shri. Prasenjeet Shrikrishna Fadnavis and Shri. Alok Jain. The election, pursuant to Regulation 66, will take place on June 30, 2025, through VC/OAVM. Remote voting will also be available from June 26-29, 2025, including at the AGM. The candidate with the most votes will be declared elected as shareholder director.
