Axis Bank schedules 31st AGM via video conferencing, discloses agenda

AXIS Bank [BSE: AXISBANK] will hold its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday, July 25, 2025, at 10:00 AM IST, accessible to members through video conferencing or other audio-visual means (VC/OAVM). According to official filings, the meeting agenda includes receiving and adopting audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, along with reports from the Board of Directors and Auditors. Shareholders will also vote on the declaration of equity share dividends for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025. The re-appointment of Mini Ipe as Non-Executive Director is also on the agenda. Raising/borrowing of funds in Indian rupees / foreign currency, by issue of debt securities on a private placement basis for an amount of up to INR 35,000 Crores is also part of the special resolutions. Material related party transactions with Life Insurance Corporation of India (Promoter), UC Housing Finance Limited (Promoter group entity), IDBI Bank Limited (Promoter group entity) and Axis Max Life Insurance Limited (Associate) will also be discussed.
