Avanti Feeds: Promoter group shareholder reclassified as public

Avanti Feeds [BSE: 512573], has received approval from both the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) for the reclassification of Mr. Vijay Kumar Chukkapalli, a promoter group shareholder, to the ‘Public’ category. The approval follows Regulation 31A of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015. According to the company's announcement on June 26, 2025, the reclassification does not change the overall promoter and public shareholding percentages, each remaining at 43.23% and 56.77% respectively.
