Aether Industries enters manufacturing agreement with Milliken Chemical

Aether Industries (BSE:AETHER) announced that it has entered into a contract manufacturing agreement with Milliken Chemical and Textile (India) Co. Private Limited, a subsidiary of USA-based Milliken & Company. Under the terms of the agreement, Aether will become the sole contract manufacturing partner for a key strategic product for Milliken. The initial term of the agreement is set for 10 years, and Aether's Site 3+ manufacturing facility will be fully dedicated to fulfilling this project. The partnership signifies a shift from Aether's current CRAMS (Contract Research and Manufacturing Services) business model towards contract manufacturing.
