Aditya Birla Capital allots equity shares under stock option schemes

Aditya Birla Capital (BSE: ABCAPITAL) announced the allotment of 706,957 equity shares on June 13, 2025, under its Employee Stock Option Scheme 2017 (ABCL Scheme 2017) and Employee Stock Option and Performance Stock Unit Scheme 2022 (ABCL Scheme 2022). The allotment includes 254,306 shares under the 2017 scheme and 452,651 shares under the 2022 scheme. Each share has a face value of INR 10. Following this allotment, Aditya Birla Capital's paid-up equity share capital will increase from INR 26,094,899,750 (2,609,489,975 shares) to INR 26,101,969,320 (2,610,196,932 shares). The newly allotted shares will rank equally with existing equity shares of the company.
