Adani Logistics divests stake in Veracity Supply Chain

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (APSEZ) announced today that its material subsidiary, Adani Logistics Limited (ALL), has entered into a Joint Venture Termination Agreement with Riddhi Infocom Solutions LLP regarding Veracity Supply Chain Limited ("Veracity"). ALL divested a 49% stake in Veracity, a joint venture between ALL and Riddhi, and will now hold a 1% stake. The divestment was completed on June 20, 2025, with consideration received by ALL amounting to INR4.90 lakhs. Veracity Supply Chain Limited reported a turnover of INR36,283.47 lakhs and a net worth of INR10.99 lakhs as of March 31, 2025. APSEZ confirmed that the transaction does not fall under related party transactions.
