360 ONE WAM: Promoter group releases encumbered shares

Karan Bhagat and associated parties, including Shilpa Bhagat, Kyra Family Private Trust and Kush Family Private Trust released encumbrances on shares of 360 ONE WAM Limited, according to a disclosure made under SEBI regulations. A total of 96,716 shares held by Karan Bhagat were released from encumbrance. Additionally, 11,03,284 shares and 700,000 shares belonging to Shilpa Bhagat were released from encumbrance. Following the release, Tata Capital Limited continues to hold encumbrance over 96,716 shares (0.02%) of 360 ONE WAM Limited, and Aditya Birla Finance Limited continues to hold 27,00,000 shares (0.67%). The releases were made on June 26, 2025. As of the reporting date, 27,00,000 shares (0.67%) held by the Karan Bhagat Group, 53,00,000 shares (1.31%) of Kyra Family Private Trust, and 53,00,000 shares (1.31%) of Kush Family Private Trust remain under restriction as per agreement.
