Trident Group disinvests entire stake in Trident Home Textiles

Trident Limited (TRIDENT) announced today the divestment of its entire equity stake in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Trident Home Textiles Limited (THTL), to Lotus Hometextiles Limited. An agreement for the sale of equity shares was executed on June 17, 2025, with the consideration already received. THTL ceased to be a subsidiary of Trident Limited effective June 17, 2025. The turnover of THTL contributed INR 2.88 million (0.004%) and net worth INR 29.43 million (0.06%) during the last financial year. The transaction involves the sale of 10,50,000 equity shares at a consideration of INR 1,06,99,500. Lotus Hometextiles Limited, the buyer, is not related to the promoter group/group companies. The completion of the share transfer is anticipated to take the normal time as per regular business practices.
