Max Healthcare Institute Limited (BSE: 543220) announced that Mr. Varadhan Moorthy, Director - Projects, has tendered his resignation and ceased to be a Senior Management Personnel of the company, effective June 16, 2025. The company has accepted the resignation, which was submitted on March 18, 2025, and the notification has been filed in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
