Macrotech Developers rebrands as Lodha Developers

Macrotech Developers (BSE: 543287) has announced its official rebranding to Lodha Developers, effective June 16, 2025. The name change has been approved by the Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation has been issued. The company confirmed the change complies with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Lodha Developers has requested that the exchanges update their records accordingly.
